Shipping
We ship all CRACK’D orders in recyclable packaging from the UK via Royal Mail or courier. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Delivery times:
• UK Standard: 1–5 working days
• Flat rate for UK delivery of £3.95 (excluding large wholesale orders)
• Free delivery on all UK orders over £30

Returns & Refunds
We’re a small, mission-led brand and every CRACK’D product is handmade from recycled materials. Because of this, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are completely normal — and part of what makes each piece unique. These are not defects.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll always make it right.
To request a return or replacement for a defective item:
1. Email us at hello@wearecrackd.com within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and a photo of the defect
3. We’ll review and respond within 2 working days
If your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You won’t need to return the faulty item if a photo is provided.
Your Rights
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty or not as described. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
